With the remarkable growth in the pharmaceutical field and IT industry in Ireland, and many global companies having bases in Ireland, Nippon Express foresaw Ireland's increase in demand for logistics. It therefore established a new warehouse 'Contract Logistics Centre' in Dublin City in 2023.

Nippon Express required insulated panels and doors for a 2,052-square-metre controlled environment room (23 degrees) in their new logistics centre in Dublin. Given the project's emphasis on high-volume traffic efficiency, the Aircold team delivered robust insulated panels, and also tailored five personnel doors and one large rapid-rise door fitting the 5-metre-high cold room as the optimal solution and installed them efficiently.
